The Fissure of Woe

Has anyone found this area yet. It mentioned in the Underworld Posts and costs the same as entering the underworld 1k?

Any Pointers would be great

You get to it the same way you get to the UW, except you talk to the Champion of Balthazar instead of the Voice of Grenth.
